7) In the event of a claim, what is the procedure?
After the policy has been purchased, the student will be provided with an Emergency Assistance Toll free number
to call, plus a temporary wallet card with their policy number on it. Every insurance company has different
procedures for claims and many require advance notification to ensure full coverage for medical conditions.
